Here
we are at the superb Hotel Mirage in Las Vegas. We are in the
pool area, which is quite deserted, as everyone is in the Casino
playing on the Slot Machines.
There are many themed Hotels in Las
Vegas, and really need to be seen to be believed. The Mirage has
a mock volcano at the front, which erupts on the hour with spectacular
results.
New England is another lovely place to
visit. You can choose between Cape Cod or go north to Vermont. We were also able to see the
Mayflower Ship, which is berthed at Plymouth. We visited the Kennedy
compound and crossed over to Martha's Vineyard. The whole Cape Cod area
is very hospitable and friendly, and is somewhere we would love to return
to.

Our Holiday there also included several trips into Boston, it is
a nightmare for traffic, but wonderful for walking around. It is
compact and has plenty of sights to see.
